Hi! I’m Ingrid Anderson—a fellow Hashi Warrior, Registered Dietitian, and Hashimoto’s nutrition expert. I went from uncontrollable weight gain, severe adult acne, bloating, and fatigue (all while eating “healthy” and exercising) to losing over 50 pounds and eliminating my Hashi symptoms.
I realized my entire lifestyle needed a reset. The way I was eating, exercising, hydrating, and managing stress was leading me toward further metabolic dysfunction. By taking an evidence-based, non-restrictive, sustainable approach to my nutrition and lifestyle I was finally able to see lasting results.

I’ve developed this program with step-by-step strategies to help other Hashi Warriors reclaim their energy, health, and confidence!
Hi! I’m Sara, a Registered Dietitian and fellow Hashi Warrior. After working alongside Ingrid and recognizing that I shared many of the same symptoms as our clients, I decided to dig deeper and get blood work done—which confirmed my Hashimoto’s diagnosis.
Now, as your accountability coach, I provide daily chat support and bi-weekly check-ins to make sure you feel supported, stay on track, and achieve the best possible outcomes. Having been through this journey myself, I’m passionate about giving you the guidance and encouragement you need to reclaim your health and thrive!

What to Expect
This is a 12-Week program that is designed to teach you how to eat for long-term Hashimoto's symptom management. When you join the program, you'll receive an email to set up your Practice Better account (a HIPAA-compliant platform) where you'll complete an intake form and share details about your current symptoms, nutrition, exercise habits, supplements, and goals.
From there, I’ll perform a comprehensive nutrition assessment and create your personalized Hashimoto's Nutrition & Lifestyle strategy. This approach allows you to focus on the most effective actions to relieve your symptoms quickly and efficiently. My recommendations will cover nutrition, stress management, exercise, and supplements, tailored specifically to your needs.

I have hypothyroid but not Hashimoto’s, is this still for me?
Absolutely! While the Hashi Warrior Method delves into Hashimoto's nuances, its principles are universal. Whether you're facing Hashimoto's or dealing with hypothyroidism, you'll find valuable insights and strategies to enhance your wellbeing and overcome your symptoms.
I have another chronic disease...can I still do this program? YES! This program is built to accommodate other common chronic diseases such as diabetes, PCOS, and insulin resistance. Of course, always consult your physician before making dietary changes.
How long will I have access to the video modules?
You'll have full access to the video modules throughout the program's duration. Additionally, all the downloadable PDFs are yours to keep, empowering you to revisit the wealth of knowledge whenever you need it.
